Multiple PO for 3rd party

While creating Multiple PO for 3d Party PR Items, error 06-249 is thrown.

it is not allowed to create several POs from one 3d party sales order item

see OSS Note 65938 - Delete/Change purchase order with third-party req.

you have to have several items in the sales order, then you can create individual POs per item

As per the notes, if a purchase requisition was created by a sales and

distribution document, it can only be copied into one purchase order

item. Partial purchase orders are not possible because of the update to

the sales and distribution document.

Requisitions through third-party sales orders do not function exactly

like standard requisitions.

If quantity split is required in sale order please create 2 separate

lines.

Separate lines of PR can be ordered into different POs. But

single line of PR cannot have 2 different POs.

Hi,

The error message says Materials for PReq &, item &, already partially ordered.Please check the PRs wheather they are already ordered.If it is the case, you can insert one more item in the sale order and generate one more PR and create a PO.
