Work Center Formula

Hi Experts,

My client requirement is that the consumption of Steam in Kg and the use of electricity in KWH should be calculated in my work center, he gave me the electricity and steam which is utilized per lot of production, please guide me how i define the formula for the steam and electricity for my work centers, please dont give the tutorial links, try to explain here in detail and what should be my formula.

Create a formula in OP54.

prerequisite are Parameter for steam and Electricity must be created.

Formula for steam

= Parameter for steam* Operation quantity(SAP_09)/ base quantity(SAP_08)

for ex:

value of steam is 50

operation quantity= 100

base quantity=1

= 50*100/1= 5000

if the rate of the steam is 10 means( maintain by Co consultant in activity price)

then the price of the steam is 5000*10 = 50000( you can test the formula in work center itself)

You have to tick costing relevancy in OP54. I think capacity and scheduling tick is not required for steam and electricity

Like that same formula is used for electricity also.
