Availability Time Planning issue in PI7, SP10

Hi Experts,

In our case, the CC are scheduled for specific windows but the issue is that at times few channels would not start or stop according to the schedule.

can it be coz of the number of CCs? At the moment 20-25 CCs have rules for daily operations.

At times if we delete the whole rule and re-create it, that particular CC starts/stops properly but some other CC would start giving the same problem!

Help/comments/queries are well appreciated

Thanks in advance,

regards.

VJ

Is there any server restart...in such a case you have to again configure the ATP for the channels.

Check if this troubleshooting Note helps you: https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1180492

https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1139044 .... both the notes talk of the same solution.

can it be coz of the number of CCs?

No.

Are you on SP 10 ..... doubtful if you have ATP at this SP level of SAP PI7.0

I am marking this thread as answered coz our pblm got resolved, mysteriously, by deleting and re-creating the problematic rules!

We did not upgrade to the higher SP's.

Thanks to all the people who invested their time for me... cheers!

Hi VJ,

The no. CC should not be the issue.
