Problem with service contract display in Notification

Hello

I have created the service notification selecting the contract (created through VA41) for the material.

Afetr selecting the contract the contract number is not diplayed in the notification so we are not understanding whether the contract exits or not.

Also please let me know whether we can check the contract assignment from the table.
