can any guide me i am working discretive manufacturing we give to PDI (pre dispatch inspection report)to all customers.

so i am mapping 04 inspection i am checking for the material before packing that inspection result it should be come to PDI so i have 1 to 15 customers each customer different layout and different specifications so i want to develop one certificate i go 1 customer it should come related data for customer is it possible in sap standard or any development required please guide me.i dont need each customer wise t.code.i want one t.code when select that customer it should come his layout and specifiations.

Hello

You can do this by certificate for inspection lot of course with developmennt. Please try this out.

1) Create inspection plan with depended characteristic based on the customer

2) for 04 inspection lot anyway system will not trigger lot customer wise so you have to do a general result recording

3) maintain customer wise profile in QC15

4) after result recording take print out using QC21- Here it will ask for customer. You to do the development to fetch the specification from inspection plan and not from the inspection lot

Although "Quality Certificate" is concept available but As you have 1 to 15 customer & eac customer is having it's own layout7 specification it will be very difficult to meet this r select that customer it should come his layout and specifiationsequirement with STD sap.

In Z-customization also you will need to have huge coding like layout & char for each customer.

Char or specification related to a customer can be acheived by the "Material assignment" tab in the task list where you can maintain the customer name & at char level you can specify the char related to the customer using "DEPENDENT CHARECTERISTIC ".

You have to develeop a Z-report where you can select the vendor & execute the report.System will show you the result recorded related to that perticular customer.
