SAP Cloud Portal stuck in "Failed to disable" state

I mistakenly deleted my Trial Subaccounts in Neo. I then re-registered my user, but I see a couple services (Portal, Data Quality) stuck in "Failed to disable" state.

I cannot access them, because "Go to service" link within each service is greyed out. There's no "Enable" button. When I try to click on "Disable" button, after some processing the system returns me the message "The last attempt to disable the service failed. If the problem persists, report an incident on component EP-CPP-OPS.Report an incident".

Is there anything I can do from my end, or raising an incident is the only way forward?

    Hi Roman,

    Could you please raise an incident as I assume there might be a real issue here..

    In the meantime, if its an option, you can register for a completely new trial account using a different email.
