Posting Date Change on Production Order Confirmation Reversal CO13

Hi All,

I have read following link in which mention as if Posting period is close then it is possible to change posting date in CO13 transaction.

In our system we have close the Posting period for FI & MM but when i go to change this posting period in CO13 then again it showing Gray out.

Can any one help us to solve this issue.

Our main issue :

In our production system we are going to cancel Production order confirmation for 09.2018 period but that time we got error message as Posting period is close 09.2018

Our FI team is not ready to open this period.

My issue was resolved with OKP1, CO transaction.

MMRV - Allow posting to previous period

MMPV - Close Periods

OB52 -Change view "Posting periods: Specify time Intervals":Overview

OKP1 - Maintain Period Lock

Hi,

If OB52 is modified, then CO13 cancellation will go through. You can even ask CO team to open the CO part under OB52 to start from month 09 and the remaining can be unaltered.

If CO13 has goods movement, it will go to error in COGI, which you can edit and change posting date.

I would suggest you that if there is any goods issuance or receipt done , you can reverse the same in current date manually with MIGO without reversing the confirmation.
