Web Intelligence Rich Client Login Issue

Hi Everyone,

I have installed BI 4.1 SP7 client tools on my System. Am able to login and use all the client tools like IDT , Lumira etc except Web Intelligence Rich Client.

When I login I could see Stand Alone option , I tried specifying my system details but the Authentication box is empty. Am not sure why Authentication turns up as Blank.

I tried repairing , removing and re installing , still I get the same issue -Unable to login and connect to my System as Authentication is blank.

Hello Rakesh,

Have you tried entering your system details something like "yoursystem:6400"? It should display then different authentication modes. if so please look at the below thread and verify. http://www.forumtopics.com/busobj/viewtopic.php?t=227353&sid=1ac001abe27b0fa8be3eb416477d34fa

Hi,

As what Niraj said, you should not use STANDALONE option and use your server details instead (like "yourserver:8080"). I think there should be an ENTERPRISE option.
