Error or warning message of release the WBS

Hi,

When I am making the PR with reference to WBS, system should give me the error that WBS is not released, please release the WBS.

My question from the above Scenario is that is the any standard setting or required config to be done that when i'll make the PR/PO with reference to WBS, system should give me the Error or warning message of release the WBS.

Hi

Rightly said by Nitin. You can make config in OPUU - Network Profile ==> Res./Purc. req select 2 - From Release then system can Create Material PR number only when you Network get Released and Network can be release if your WBS is Released.

Hope I understood Properly if not please correct me.

Swapnil, your understanding is correct.

In OPUU you can decide, when the PR should be created by the system. you have three option, namely, "Never (1) , From release (2) & Immediately (3) "

Hi,

Please create a user status and forbid the creation of Purchasing documents in CRTD status and allow the system to create Purchasing documents in REL status.

Please search in forum about the creation of user status as i have already given the solution in the past to one thread.

How you are creating PR manually or atuomatically ? Are you using any user status to which your PR is account assigned ?

There is only one congig in network profile OPUU - Res./Purc. req. check what you have given there ?
