we have a requirement where we need to insert the position number ( e.g. 0130 etc ) of the line item manually in the delivery document. It is because we need to insert some statistical / text items in the delivery for some representing packages.
But problem is that the field 'item number' in delivery is grayed-out and it is given by system automatically as per the incremental setting in delivery type.
Does someone know how can I manage to choose the position number for adding a new item in delivery as per our need ?
any BADI or enhancement or any other workaround ?
