Problem with contract determination

Hello Guru's,

i'm dealing with some issues while trying to set up the contract determination in Solution Manager.

This is what i've done so far:

1) Defining response and service profiles - CRMD_SERV_SLA

2) Creating Service product - COMMPR01

3) Creating Service contract - CRMD_ORDER

In transacction CRMD_ORDER when i go to 'Service Data' tab i have missing the option of 'Service Agreements' i guess is because i have to install some BC Sets?

In the same transaction i have one tab missing, 'Object list' i supposed is for the same reason. Please advise.

Also a couple of errors came up:

1: Pricing data for partner N could not be read

2: Enter the order quantity (No schedule line found)

To fix error 1 i went to T-code BP and edit the mentioned Business Partner:

'Sales Area Data'

'Billing' Tab

Cust.Pric.Procedure : 'Standard'

Exchange Rate Type : 'Current exchange rate'

Currency: 'EUR'

For error 2 i coudln't find anything relevant.

I would really appreciate any tip that helps me to solve this problems.

Hi there,

Check if the Service/Sales Organisation in the Service tramsaction is the same as in the Contract.

Did you maintain any currency in the Sales Area Data of your Sold-to Party.

Did you release the Item Product in your Contract?
