How to assign IC winclient profile to organizational or position?

Hi experts,

In SAP help,it says as following

"After you have defined a profile, you must assign it to an organizational unit or position in Organizational Management. If you do not make this assignment, the system will use the default profile (00000001)."

however I cann't find this assgin function in organizational management! where can I find this function?

Hi Lance,

Just follow this steps:

- enter t-code PPOMW

- Double click on desired position or organization to select it

- In menu choose, Goto -> Detail Object -> Enhanced Object Description

- In 'Active' group select 'IC Winclient Profile', and click on 'Create Infotype' button icon.

There you can assign the desired IC Winclient Profile.
