transactions MEMASSCONTRACT or MEMASSSA gives error:
ME664 Change could not be effected

when you see this message in the mass transaction, then click the button for detail above the message and SAP will show you the application log with more details
This field is not changeable after the purchase order is created.
If you want modify it you can only make a report to do it under your own
risk and test if the behavior is the correct you expected.
In the standard it is not possible to do this.
