Form of address key 04 is not defined

Hi All,

While creating Customer master using transaction code XD01Tittle filed selecting automatically as Company But i remove the all configuration in SPRO - Cross-Application Components -SAP Business Partner-Business Partner -Basic Settings-Forms of Address

But while creating New customer master I am facing error message Form of address key 04 is not defined please guide me where i am wrong

its my client requirement they don't want any tittle fields in customer master

I would like you

to make the following customizing change. In transaction OVT0 for

account group Z001. Please select General data. Select Address and

un-select the "Form of address". It is presently suppressed.
