FLP Tile not opening after upgrade - error: Uncaught TypeError:resolveHashFragment is not a functio

Hi Fiori Experts,

We have recently upgraded the SAPUI5 component in the Gateway System from 1.32 to 1.38 libraries. I have activated all the Services in Sandbox and most of the apps are working fine except Fiori Apps.

Fiori Launchpad is launched and I see all the Catalogs and Tiles.But when I click on a Tile, I am getting the following error in the console and App is not launched. The Screen is getting frozen and none of the tiles were launched with this issue when I click on any tile.

Uncaught TypeError: oAdapter.resolveHashFragment is not a function(…) – NavTargetResolution.js

How can we resolve this issue?

It it SAPUI5 1.38.16? What is the Fiori app name and the version?
