PR release strategy

hi,

I have a scenario for PR rlease strategy there are two types of materials one is "Misceleneous" and other is "Stationary" same approval has different material type with different amount limit (e.g Approval A has limit 10,000 for Misce items and 50000 for Stationary Item). how it can be done

Make Material type as a characteristic, you dont find the field for mat type in CEBAN so first a field for mat type has to be added to this table as well as this field should come into PR Screen also then only it will call for release.

If you dont want to do this then club the materials of one material type in one material group, as field for material group is available in Ceban

Create a Characteristic for Value also.

Now different release strategies can be formed in combination of Mat Types and Values.

you have to to include the "types of materials" to the characteristics of the classfication to distinguisch between the strategy.
