Hi

You can map this using the notifiction.

daily check list create the task list for this. then you create the maint plan with maintenance plan catogory as maintenance notification and schedule the plan based on your requirement.

hope this will help ur requirment.

Rajib,

Looks like the log book functionality would be apt for this scenario in the latest version.

In older versions we had mapped the same through the measurement document functionality.Basically a measurement point was created for the individual objects and or parts of the object that was checked on a daily basis. We then created measurement list to group all the checks done by a specific resource / area. The user would then pull up the respective list and complete creating all the measurement documents daily. We also had condition based maintenance functionality trig erred on these Points to automatically generate notification based on the data captured. We basically ran reports to figure out outstanding work etc.

A complete way to track this might be to enhance the above and create a Maintenance plan for this and enhance the same to associate the Measurement point list to this plan. This would generate a simple notification assigned to a area along with a standard task and also tied to the measurement point list through the notification. The supervisor / planner can then track his daily work/ accomplishment through the notification This however would require more discipline from the area , which in most cases isn't wiling to do any additional work
