Load Data from BW to BPC - several applications

Hi all,

I want to load data from several infocubes into several applications with only one action.

I have 3 Infocubes (Sales, Finance, and Purchasing), 3 Applications (Sales, Finance, and Purchasing), 3 Transformation files (one for Sales, one for Finance, and one for Purchasing).

In Excel, i have a button attached to a macro :

Application.Run "MNU_eDATA_SELECTPACKAGE", "LoadInfoprovider", "/CPMB/LOAD_INFOPROVIDER", "Company", "System Administrative"

If I use this process chain, I have to connect to each application and load data.

I want when I'm logged into finance application and push on this button to load the 3 applications.

Hi Samir,

It is not possible pressing one push button to upload data into multiple applications.

Since you will be connected to one application at a time in BPC Excel.

If you want to same time not login to multiple applications to trigger data load. One option is available at backend SAP BI system. Create one process chain to load data into all 3 applications & trigger this PC at SAP BI. Please note this is not best practice.

Hi Rajesh,

Thanks for your answer but I do not want to use this solution because we have to create new transformations and maintain process chain each time we make a Full optimize so it is not a good solution in my case.
