How can I get the PLANT information based on the ticket information?
I already have some extractors to BW like 0CRM_SRV_CODES and 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H. I also have a extractor I create based on CRMD_ORDERADM_H table, however I'm not able to get PLANT information anywere.
using ZNTP transaction I can see the PLANT information in Bus. Proc. field but I don't know from where it comes. I need transparent tables to be able to create a extractor to BW.
Can you help me out?
