Has anyone run into the circumstance of having TREX successfully indexing data, that I can browse using the backend report ESH_TEST_REPORT, but are unable to get any search results with the HRTMC_SEARCH function?
For instance, I can search for and add an org unit with everyone in it to a Talent Review Meeting, but if I try to search for a specific person, I'm unable to return any results.
Is applying one of the structural authorization profiles necessary for the search to work correctly? I'm a little perplexed as to why I can see the indexed data in some ways, but not when using the actual Talent Search tool.
If anyone has crossed paths with this issue... or if anyone who can get this to function correctly can tell me if their user has a structural auth profile assigned, I would very much appreciate the guidance.
