need to have ticket number in subject line when mail are triggerred

Hi

Support desk for solman is configured for our client. They have auto mail trigerred. They want the subject line of the mail witth ticket number .Is this requirement possible ? if so how do we do it

Hi Abhi,

Yes it is possible to have the ticket number in the subject line of the e-mail. For this, I hope you have already selected the smart form for the e-mail in the action definition.

In the smart form description maintain the text as e.g Support Message : & . This character '&' picks up the Support Message number from the standard processing method 'CRM_SRVORDER_EXEC_SMART_FORM'. and displays as follows in the subject line "Support Message : 8xxxxxxxxx " Take the help of the ABAP person. This is working fine for us.
