OT Over time this is paid to an employee based on his extra working hours and it is additional payments without time evaluation you have to use IT0015 in case if u want to pay in case of time evaluation the OT hours should pass to ZL table in TM00 from there it should be valuated as per the client requirment in Valuation basis or else PCR is required to convert the time type into wage type
LOP-Loss of pay
when employee was gone on unauthorised leave his salary shd be deducted based on his LOP days right so we use LOP
for this we have configure the LOP absence type and assigned the valuation rule UNPAID in V_554S_G to the absence type this will be common for both + and - time
