Repoting Structure in Org. Management

Hi Experts,

I have a scenario, where I have to find all the reporting managers (past and present) of the employees from the Organization Structure.

The current structure gives the current reporting manager.

Is there any standard report available, which gives me all the past and present reporting manager's ID?

Hi,

You can try using evaluation path in the standard report RHSTRU00. Give "all" in the reporting period. Also, check reports RHXSTR02 and RHXSTR04. You can also report off of infotypes using RHINFAW0. Since the position-manager 002 relationship is a subtype of IT1001, you can use this. You can either run these reports through transaction SE38 or access them directly from Easy Access.
