How to adjust the automatic notification if the new issue has arrived? If the user has created the issue, I want that system Solution manager automatically sends to me the notice by mail Outlook.

Condition Configuration selected SLFN0001_ADVANCED

selected action definition Z_NEW_MESSAGE_TO_SUPPORT

Schedule Condition - No Condition (Seen as Fulfilled)

Action Merging - Max. 1 Action for Each Action Definition

Start condition - E0001SLFN0001

is there any wrong adjustment? Please help

Hi,

Please check the log under the tab "Transaction data" -> "Actions".

You may get the reason there for the failure of the action.

Hi Rajeev,

auto mail when status changes is working, i need to customize system for the new messages, if there is new message in Solution Manager, i need that system sends mail to the support team. Also there is a thread , i made all the steps but nothing changed, and i still can't get auto mail to support team when message created in Solution Manager. Can you give step by step information?

Hi

Have you scheduled the action for mailing to Support Team at STATUS NEW for you

Check this blog.

If yes then be sure that Support Team is getting determined first before you email action get triggered
