implement external program in mask

Hello,

I am trying to implemet an external tool in the "general ledger" mask
"F-06 - Incoming Payments" TR F-06 (program SAPMF05A) in the ABAP code .
Is it possible if I click on the "save disk icon" in SAPgui, that
an external prgram on OS level will be executet an the text I entered in the mask
will be transfert to the program e.g. via ARGV ?
