Clubbing of multiple pr for the same item into single line item in a po

Hi all,

Here the client requirement is like multiple prs which are generated for single item through MRP should be combined into single PO line item, ( client is ready to give a single delivery date in PO even though there will be two different date in PR.)Kindly advise me regarding the same

Hi,

This can be done

In ME21n, click on selection Variant & enter the material which u want to convert into single line item in PO, chose the one PR & adopt to the PO. So u will get the Del Schedule tab at Item level. From 2nd PR & all just drag & drop into the Basket. So at the line item u will see the qty updation. In at item level under Sch Del tab system will have the diff sc lines as per the PRs.

If u r creating the POs automatically, then in ME59n Tcode, select delivery schedule lines option, So system will combine all the PRs as per ur rqmt & will create a single PO with single line item.(Needs to meet the pre requisites of auto PO)

in ME21N open the document overview and list the requistions

then have the item detail open with teh schedule tab.

drag one PR to the shopping basket on top

then drag all other PRs to the shopping basket at the bottom of the schedule tab.
