We got a invite from Help Line that we have eco partnership. We are not sure that why we are getting this message. Will there be any Global Accounts assigned for Eco Partnership?

Hi Benarji,
As an open ecosystem Partner-Edge partner, you can purchase test and development packages that include global accounts. Otherwise, you can continue your exploration using a trial account and we encourage our prospective partners to do so as they often have many services enabled by default.
