Need a centralized location to store Database Credentials in Crystal Server 2016

Our IT auditor is requiring us to change system accounts every 6 months. I have found how to create a default destination so I only have the change the system account one place, but for my database connections, I can only see that they are set at the report level. Is there a location or way I can set the default database connections (some network auth and some via odbc) so I don't have to go to every report to make the change when needed?
