For Operation -For time ticket -CO11N
11: Goods issue - MB1A--261Movement type

13: TECO or Close Order- from Prod. Order Header menu

SAP Production planning it self has many scenarios and that can be vary from business to business.
But for overall flow you can check many sites or youtube videos.
Just type SAP PP flow in Google, you will get lots of information even industry specific also.
