SAP OUTPUT Determination - Repeat output -Automatically

Hi All,

When ever client made amendments in Sales order then automatically output should re-trigger ( Repeat output) for all orders.

How to do this?

Please help?

Did you search Google before posting this? In NACE, for output type RD03, there would be one tab "Change Output". Press F1 and read the documentation explained over there.

Hi Laskhmipathi Sir,

one question , I have ticked multiple issue check box in NACE transaction for my output type.

Output is retriggered automatically when there are changes in Order .but SOST transaction doesnot shown us the email sent successfully details. (no entry appeared).

here also, the requirement is

Step 1: Order saved first time --> Output received to customer( Existed process)

Step 2: If i change the details of pricing /qty --> Output should automatically triggered?(Requirement)

Please confirm , how can I write FS for point number 2 this?

You should be having the sale order change log based on which, your ABAP team can do code validation.

But If I want to write a functional spec then how can I write , Shall I directly give the program name and you enter the name of a program and asked him to pass routine in the Form routine field.
