Alternative method for full and final settlement for employees

Hi SAP Gurus,

My requirement is related to full and final settlement for employees when they resign or company terminates. Actually I tried for termination workbench process for the same but it is not calculating amounts of notice pay, gratuity and leave encashment correctly. So I want to suggest any other alternative method for full and final settlement to my client.

So I need help in this regard to explain the same to customer. I am thinking of custom development program for the same to suggest. But i am in confusion like how to develop it and what are the inputs program needs, input selection parameters and how the program should run and what are the output parameters to be suggested to ABAPer to develop a program.

Any help in this regard is very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Srini.

      Hi,

Many thanks yaar. I have checked all the points those were mentioned by you and found correct. Can you please provide configuration part of notice pay, gratuity and leave encashment also. So that I can check that part also and try to find out whether there is any mistake in that area.

      Thanks in advance.

      Regards,

      Srini.
