Error : "Cannot open file unknown file extension Message 40003-5"

Hi All,

I am getting this error for opening the files attached to Sales Opportunity. This error comes fro each file extensions such as .pdf, .eml, .xls etc. No file is opening. Earlier it was working fine.

Please need a help.
