Dashboard error

When I try to open the dashboard in Infoview, I am getting the following error message.

The PMUser account is missing or corrupted. (EPM 03007) AA2209 Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)

Any body faced this problem?

Kindly provide me the solution.

Hi,

Check your account information is correctly given or not. i.e User name, Password and Anthentication.

Hi Suresh,

Thanks for your quick responce and nice idea.

Actually i am having admin credentials.

Even as an admin I am not able to login.

Then i login to the preferences>Dashboards and analytics and in authentications options i reset my credentials.

Its working fine now.

Hello,

I have the same issue this morning. I could not view the dashboard. When I get to console and went into reference to try to get to the Dashboard and Analytics. I got the same error here. How could you get to Dashboard and Analytics here?

Hi,

You may edit the InitConfig.Properties with the user account with Admin rights and the password for the same. Shutdown and start the SIA and Tomcat as well. If it is because of the corrupt password, the above should resolve it.
