Can SAP S/4 HANA accept and process PDFs

Hello!

So I am very new to the concept of SAP S/4 HANA.

I am trying to understand the process of how SAP S/4 HANA accepts and process inputs that may come in different document types.

I am specifically interested in PDF's.

So my questions are:

1. Are pdf's a document type that S/4 HANA can accept and process (break down to retrieve raw data)?

2. If yes, is there a specific version on S/4 HANA that can do this process or is this a general feature that is included in any version?

3. If yes, what would that retrieval of raw data look like?

3. If no, is it possible to add this option to S/4 HANA and what would that process look like?
