Need help on EDI xsd mapping

I need help on attached source xml in edi xsd I need to map to target address fields in header. In the source N201 or N202,N301 ,N302 may occur or not . If N201 is not there then we should get N301 . If N301 is not there we should get from N302 . Each N1 segments max two occurrences. We need to check N101 equals SE and N103 equals 33. I have problem in mapping if the N301 occurring second time .
