J1B1N mass data

Dear Colleagues, good day,

I have an issue to extract mass data for a specific t-code (J1B3N) and specific field. In our company we use the filed MESSAGE to register the workflow number and audit this field, but there are many documents to be audited and currently we have an assistant performing a manual check doc per doc. I would like to know if there is a t-code to extract the massive data from J1B1N and the field MESSAGE?

Hello,

To get the data you need you can create a query SQVI/SQ01 or take it from SE16N. There is no other standard report where you can extract the data in a formated way that you can use.
