GR IR matching when quantity is same but value is different

I have one PO with me. There GR was posted for partial quantity. Then IR was posted for same quantity but but with little bit higher value (by 0.23). Then GR was reversed and posted again during this transactions this difference got added to GR. In PO history now I see at GR value as -0.46 for 0 quantity. How to settle this issue.
