Errors CRM Service Order - ECC CO posting

We have created a SAP CRM Service Order ( Copy of SRVO) transaction in CRM 7.0, on release of the service order we are getting the following error .

An error occurred in system ZDEY240 during account assignment

Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 060

Diagnosis

Errors occurred when assigning an account assignment object to a business transaction. To view the error message, see the accompanying log file.

u2022 Errors in prerequisite object Transaction 8000000187 (Notification E IAOM 026)

u2022 Profit center for CRM integration not found (Notification E KECRMPCA 001)

u2022 Error occurred during determination of profit center (Notification E IAOM 039)

u2022 Error occurred during creation of internal order (Notification E IAOM 018)

If any one has a good idea on how to resolve this please let us know.

Hi Piyush,

I have the same issue that you have mentioned in you query.

Can you please advice how did fixed it ?

By implementing the user Exit or by some configuration changes ??

hi guys,

i'm facing the same error (KECRMPCA001) when approving activity promotion in CRM. ECC seem to generate the error during creation of profitability segment (function module PI_CRM_GET_PROFITCENTER)

I'm not setting in ECC a Profit Center as a DUMMY since it is against customer PCA model.

So how did you solve the issue mentionned in yours previous threads?

By implementing the exit EXIT_RKECRM_PCA_40_001 or the badi CRM_UPLOAD_CO ?

Or did you follow another procedure?

Hi,

I am Krishna, I used the exit EXIT_RKECRM_PCA_40_001 to fill profit center. I am in process of testing the logic can you share the steps you followed for (error generation) creating document in R/3 via CRM.

Hi There,

I received the following error message when I'm saving my Service Request, created as a copy of the standard (SRVR):

Transfer Log

Orgfinder: No value found for Organizational Unit BILL_ORG (Notification E CRM_OFI 002)Number of message: CRM_ORDER_MISC 060.

This error prevent me to create a folow up transaction.

Could anybody help on fix that problem?

Need to configure Billing org unit in SPRO under CRM/MAster data/Org mgmt/Cross-system assgt of org units

Hi Piyush,

Whenever a service order is released in CRM, corresponding documents will be created in ERP. If SO has sales item then the corresponding sales order will be created in ERP, and for service products an Internal order will be created in ERP. Which will be helpful to update the profit and do cost analysis.

As a prerequisite, one has to maintain CRM and ERP CO integration. Please refer the CRM best practice guide "C26 CRM Service", 3.2.3 section "Service Process Controlling Integration".

Which States:

If you noticed there are serval log associated with this error , If any one know exactly what would be the reson which caused this error logs. We have checked all profit center , ecc service materials , Org Data config and found to be OK. Still the error persists.

Need help to resolve this error.

Hi Piyush,

For the internal order creation below the following must get determined:

u2022 Profit centre

u2022 Controlling area

u2022 Company code

Prerequisite: All controlling relevant settings have been maintained.

1. Company Code

u2022 Assign Billing Units to Sales Organizations

u2022 Assign Billing Units to Service/Sales Organizations

u2022 Assign Company Codes to Billing Units

2. Controlling Area

Based on the company code the controlling area is determined.

In ECC transaction OX19 - Assign company code to controlling area

3. Profit Center

A Dummy Profit centre is picked up, which is defined for a controlling area.

For determination of other profit centre User Exit of R/3 EXIT_RKECRM_PCA_40_001 or Badi of CRM CRM_UPLOAD_CO can be used.BAPI_SERVICECHAR_PROXY_UPLOAD u2013 This BAPI is called to upload service characteristics needed for creating a CO object.

Just check the above mentioned, wish it helps in resolving your error.

Is it best practice to calculate profitability on service orders specifically or is it calculated on service organization level?
