The following maintenance durations apply for every release family of the SAP BusinessObjects platform:

1. Seven (7) years of mainstream maintenance
2. Two (2) years of priority-one support

SAP BusinessObjects Data Services XI 3.2 (12.2) was released in 2010. High-time you upgrade to DS 4.2. All new featrures are listed in the SAP Data Services What's New guide that can be accesses from the link supplied above.
