Schedule line category is in grey mode

Hi All,

Schedule line category is in grey mode at the time of sales order creation inspite of assigning other schedule line category as manual sc.category in schedule line determination.

I am also not able to change in change mode.

Earlier i was able to change the schedule line category in sales order but not now.

Please help

Dear,

It could be because of there is some further document has been created like P.O./Delivery document against Schedule line. Is it Third party sale or normal sale?

Hi,

Manual schedule linemay not be maintained in the schedule categories assignment

Goto VOV5 - Assign schedule line categories

Select your Item categories + MRP type + schlc + (Maintain ) Manual schedule line categories

now try creating new sales order, now it will allow you to enter manual schedule line which is maintained in your entry.

Hello Jitendra,

in program MV45AFFE_FELDAUSWAHL_STATUS it is decided whether a field is greyed out or not. If it is greyed out then it should be not allowed to change it as subsequent documents like service orders or purchase requisitions would be affected. But if you really need to change this field you can use userexit_field_modification in include MV45AFZZ to set screen-input = '1' for field VBEP-ETTYP.

Hi Joerk,

I was allowed to change the scedule line category earlier. All configuration are fine. The programm specified by you is very big to debug.

Can you please more specific to your answer?

I am facing a similar problem. What was the solution for you. Did the user exit help you? Or was it config related.

The parameter value was A for some order type in Table CRMPAROLTP. Please check the parameter value if it is A then we will not be able to change the schedule line category field.

Hi,

Goto the Sales order and check what is the item category determined in your order.

Goto the T.Code "VOV7".

Enter your item category.Details.

Check whether the tick box "Sched.Line Allowed" or not.

If not please check this box.

Save.
