SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud to Azure cloud migration

We are planning to migrate our SAP Servers to Azure cloud from SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud. Can anyone help us with the strategies, Checklist and migration plan.

I don't think anyone will share the migration plan or checklist.
