SMP 3.0: Agentry "SSL Signature verification failure: Communication Error(14)" on Android

Hi All,

Problem:We were trying to implement our Agentry application on an Android device and Agentry client version is 70.13.7.

We have tested the application on our PC using ATE.

Also getting the "I am here!" response on the browser from SMP server.

While transmitting "SSL Signature verification failure: Communication Error(14)" is caught.

We did not create any custom certificate on the android device. We are using latest SMP version.

Could anybody please help to how to create a custom certificate which is compatible with Agentry client 70.13.7 version and SMP 3.0?

Ridhima,

It looks like it is because of SMP SSL Certificate is not imported in device. Please follow below blog for steps to generate it.

You can also use keygen.bat file to generate it. Just make sure all paths in keygen file are correct. Download the files from below URL.
