1. what are the object codes of course type and course catalog

2. what is the difference between prebooking and booking in lso

3. if a position belongs to delhi had been wrongly assigned to employee working in chennai, how will system identify this error

Hi..

1.The object for course type is D and no object type exists for course catalogue.

But course catalogue can be accessed using the T-code lso_pvct.

2. Pre-booking means advance booking for a course which is not scheduled.Based on this pre-booking,if administrators run a report it helps them in deciding which course to be scheduled.

Booking means booking for a course which is scheduled in the system.

4. Info-types 1,2,7,8 and 9 are mandatory to run payroll.

5. After Exiting the payroll, perform Preliminary DME and DME for bank transfers

6. Inftype 0045 is maintained for loans.Loan amount will be deducted based on the conditions entered in the Info type

7. NO,We cannot book employees for course types.We can create course under particular course type and book the employee for those courses.

8. Default values and Bringing consistency are the main functions f features.

11. In T-code PPOME i.e using Organisation Plan mode interface , staffing status field is used for indicating vacancy of a position.

12. Main objects of organisation Management are :

O - org unit, S - Position, C- Job, K- cost centre, P- Person

14. Infotype 2003 is used for substitutions,i.e deviation to original work schedule and replacement to some other positions or change of shifts etc...

Hi Navya,

IT2003 (Substitutions) is used to record the time spent by an employee in working in a shift that is different from his shift. This could be a shift related to some other position and hence will be remunerated differently. Go through the link below for a better picture.

2. Perbooking : Time interval mentioned. No specific course instance created

Booking: Exact time determined. Specific course instance created.

3. only if the company codes are different system will realize this from CC of position and CC of personnel area person is attached to.

4. 0,1,2,7,8,9

7. can we book employee for coursetype -- > No . Prebooking to course type, booking to course.

11. maintain infotype 1007-Vacancy via PP01 or PPOME staffing status.

12. C - Job, S - Position, O - Org unit, K - Cost center
