synchronize the transportation zones between EWM/ECC

Hi,

Today when we try to transfer outbound delivery data from ECC to EWM via CIF interface, system encountered an error and the queue stopped with an SYSFAIL error "The transport zone 0000000001 is not defined for country TT. Message SR053' and it is due to the missing Transport Zone in EWM. The same transport zone already exists / set up in ECC. We have manually added the missing customizing for transport zone in EWM and synchronized the table involved as we have it in ECC in EWM and the issue is resolved.

Here is my question: How can we "automatically" synchronize the transportation zones (between EWM/ECC). Is there any SAP provided tool/procedure available (or) do we have to manually add them to the tables in EWM (as we did today to address the issue) when someone create new countries/transportation zones in ECC?

FYI: There is no change logs for the ship-to-customer in ECC that shows transportation zone is updated after CIF interface transferred the master data to EWM. Not sure why the CIF interface didn't fail initially when it transferred the ship-to-customer/Business partner to EWM if the transport zone is missing in EWM.
