PPDS Optimizer scheduling all orders at the end of the optimization horizon

Hi,

i am trying to run the PPDS optimizer for 6 resources and most of them are alternatives to each other. But strangely all the order are scheduled at the end of the optimization horizon. I made sure that pegging & capacity profile is correct. Weightage for makespan,setup, delay and mode costs are maintained.

As the optimizer is trying to schedule them very late the deallocation costs are very high. I have tried all the settings for the late operations i.e. deallocate and schedule but still same result.

Does someone experianced similar issue?
