error while batch determination in delivery for STO,

HI,

I AM TRYING TO SET UP THE CONFIGURTATION FOR BATCH SPLIT AND AUTOMATIC BATCH DETERMINATION IN DELIVERY(VLO2N) FOR STO- PO(ME23N), THE SYSTEM IS AUTOMATICALLY BRINGING IN BATCH AND BATCH SPLIT OR CHANGING IT TO ANYOTHER BATCH IS NOT A PROBLEM. MY ISSUE IS SAY FOR EG. MY PO IS FOR 100 NO'S THE SYSTEM IS DETEMINING A BATCH FOR 100 NO'S WHERE AS MMBE SHOWS ONLY LESS NO OF QUANTITY EXISTS FOR THAT PARTICULAR BATCH.IE SYSTEM IS SHOWING BATCH OF X AS 100 WHERE AS MMBE FOR X BATCH IS LESS THAN 100.(?),(DONT KNOW WHERE THE REMAINING QTY CAME FROM) SECONDLY ON FURTHER DRILL DOWN IN DELIVERY SCREEN ,ITS SHOWING THE TOTAL AVAILBLE QTY IS 9,999,999,999 RATHER THAN THE ACTUAL QUANTITY.PLZ HELP

Check in OVZ9-

with Availability check + Checking group ( eg: 02 + B delivery)- click on details,

Hope 'Check without RLT" field has not marked.

Tick mark this field & save it.

Now run the fresh cycle to test.

If u mark this field, then system will not consider the RLT from MMR will not take into account for availability check else system will consider that the ordered qtty will be available for the given period.
