Dear Expert,
I would like to find for history or trace of ip address of user machine in SAP.
Normally I check from transaction OS01. But it's only real time.
Can I see for old data ?

Pretty much depends on what are you looking for, you can find logon and transaction info in SM20 then you can trace activity on STAD.
