How to generate TO’s from a dedicated area e.g storage type or bin?

I am looking for similar standard functionality as in LT10, but triggered by a background job. This is for regular SAP WM solution.

Besides that I do not even want to know WHY you want to do this...

Transaction LT10 is the report RLS10034. Create a variant and plan it as a job...?

But maybe the question should be asked what you really want to do.

P.S. and this is not an EWM question.

And it is EWM. NOT eWM - Duh!

Hi Juergen,

Yes, as stated in question this is regular WM.

Maybe due to my lack of knowledge, but would report RLS10034 not just create the list of HU? I need the second step in LT10 to be executed in a job, as I want the TO created. And I do not want to do development 🙂

Hm, I tried, and I believed the system did create transfer orders. But more probably you are right, and it really just created a list, not transfer orders (but never a list of HUs, because you have no HUs in WM).

So, what are you trying to achieve?

We have both WM and HUM (replacing WM SUM), so I need following:

When HU (e.g pallet) is placed in a dedicated put away area (bin or st. type), the system must "empty" the area periodically by creating TO´s in the background. Thereby the operator can just scan a single HU to find the relevant TO and physically move the HU to the final destination bin. Reason is that it is time consuming for the operator to go to the office and create TO’s via LT10 for the HU’s.

Thanks for taking time to help.
