Problem with Standard search help in SAP Dispute Management Transaction

Hi friends,

I have a tarnsaction SAP Dispute Management, in that i have customer field KUNNR and F4 help for it is working fine...

A same copy of the SAP Dispute management transaction has been copied to custom name and in that custom transaction the F4 help for customer field KUNNR.. is not working...

even thought at the dictionary level in both the programs the field is pointing to same dictionary field...

since standard SAP Dispute management transaction is copied to custoem anme ( Zname ) any further configurations need to be done to custom one...?

can any one let me know....
