Congrolling area 1000 is missing

Dear Experts,

I met a very strange issue. When I want to check the controlling area 1000, I find it is missing. But I could use it yesterday. I think someone may delete this controlling area.

Could you kindly advice where I can find the log which can show the change for the controlling area.
